Thanksgiving marks the opening of the Christmas shopping season, which starts the following day with BLACK FRIDAY.

The Black Friday frenzy swapped all over the world, where merchandisers make great discounts to attract shoppers. However, the big winners are the big companies like Amazon or the manufacturers, which produce at low cost and have high margins to offer great deals. The mom and paps stores are the losers of this development. They are not able to compete against the big monsters.
